Art Ambassador Requests We have a few local Art Ambassadors available to provide overnight accommodations. This will be on a first come, first serve basis and depend on need. The smaller the group, the easier it will be to find appropriate lodging for you. If an Art Ambassador is located, we will provide you with information to contact them directly and make arrangements for your stay. Please complete this section only if you require lodging.

ATTN: Artists travelling 400 miles or more.

Long Haulers Art 120 will make every effort to provide a travel stipend for artists who travel 400 miles or greater round trip. Unfortunately, this is limited by our budget and we will not be able to accommodate every artist that applies. Please get your registration forms in no later than February 28th so we can budget accordingly and notify you by March 13th. Any travel stipend checks will be issued after the Scenic City Art Car Parade. If you wish to apply for a travel stipend, please complete this section.
