Bringing Art, STEAM and Cultural Programs into Schools within a 120 mile Radius of Chattanooga

Jingle Truck

• Broaden students’ understanding of the world as they learn and create with an artist from Pakistan.

• Meets the Tennessee Academic Standards for Fine Arts.

  grades K-5.

• Taught remotely, in
  the classroom, or a balance of both.

Jingle Truck brings an international artist into
the classroom for a fun, interactive, cultural immersion. Students learn Pakistan and see how their artists apply this form of indigenous art using paint, mirrors, lights, and poetry as a form of creative expression. Students then become drivers of their own creativity by making a Jingle Truck of their own.

UpCycle Prom

Students redesign this iconic piece of the high school experience into wearable art that incorporates recycled materials, 3D printed ornamentation, laser cut items, electronics and a variety of creative mediums. Students have an opportunity to represent their school in a city-wide fashion show where students receive awards and prizes for their achievement.

Art Car Building

Students work in teams to transform a wheel-based item (car, scooter, wagon, bicycle, etc.) into a collaborative piece of art. The work incorporates a lot of the different mediums of the students’ choice to complete their work. At the end of the school year, students have an opportunity to exhibit their work alongside professional artists during our art car weekend and are eligible to receive cash prizes and trophies for their work.
